We reserve the right to cancel due to weather conditions or force majeure up to 1 hour before departure. In this case, the reservation will be changed for another time or day.
If the reservation is changed to another time/day, customers will not be able to cancel or change their reservation unless it is due to weather conditions.
If during the activity the weather conditions are not favorable and jeopardize the safety of the customers, we will return to port.
The activity may be shortened if desired by the customers. In this case, no proportional refund will be provided.
If the Captain informs the customers that the navigation conditions are not suitable and they decide to proceed with the departure, but through the activity the conditions worsen and endanger the safety of the passengers, we will return to port and no proportional refund will be provided.
If customers arrive late for the departure, they will not be compensated for the time. If the company is responsible, compensation will be provided.
In the event of any legal proceeding, it will be handled by the local court of the company that carries out this activity.
Customers are expected to behave appropriately and respect the crew at all times.
Customers must follow the instructions given by the Captain and the sailor, respectively.
Jumping into the water without the Captain's permission is not allowed.
Jumping into the water while the boat is in motion is not allowed.
It is the customers' responsibility to take care of all the items belonging to the boat. In case of breakage, they will be charged 50% of the value of the damaged item.
The company reserves the right to return to port and terminate the activity in the following cases:
Dock 4, Berth 292, Puerto Banús Marbella
